When can I move into my storage unit? If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in as soon as lease is completed and payment is made. Also, you can sign up on our waitlist as we can let you know as a storage unit becomes available once a current tenant moves out.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out of my unit? We do require a 30 day notice prior to the end of your lease month or the lease renews. You can provide the notice by texting us at 906-364-5626 OR email us at access self storage.hurley@gmail.com with your unit number and Move-Out Date.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a self storage unit? We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

How do I make a payment? You can make a payment over the phone with a debit or credit card. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card or savings account monthly. Once you are moved in you can also mail a check or money order to P.O. Box 1099, Paulden, AZ 86334. Be sure to reference your unit number in memo line.

What forms of payment do you accept? VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover and Debit cards

How do I know how much storage space I will need? You can either use our Storage Size Guide on our website or call us for assistance.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store? Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. You may also review a copy of our contract. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

What is the best way to pack a unit? Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside. Do I need to sign a long-term lease? No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

Do you offer drive-up access? Absolutely! By driving up to your storage unit and parking directly outside, you can unload your belongings quickly and easily.
